In addition to the 2.0L engine, Mazda will also offer a 2.5-liter MZR engine that can deliver a total power up to 167 hp at 6,000 rpm and torque of 168 lb-ft at 4,000 rpm. When equipped with the six-speed manual transmission, this engine can deliver fuel consumption of 20 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
Meanwhile, when equipped with a five-speed automatic gearbox is electronically controlled, this car will have a fuel consumption of 22 mpg.
